Due to the nature of our handcrafted botanical hair care and personal care products, all sales are final. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on opened, used, or unopened products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at omiorganics1@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
